The Meeting Room, also known as the "Great Room", is a large entertainment area with a cathedral ceiling, a beautiful stone fireplace and a cozy, country setting.  The furnishings have the ability to be "event-specific".  For the business or company, we offer tables, chairs, telephone, overhead projector with screen, fax service, and UPS shipping and receiving capabilities.  If you are planning a reunion or retreat, we have a big screen television, VCR, stereo with a cassette and compact disc player, and room to socialize.  Rest assured, your program will be professionally managed.  We will assist you with all facets of your planning needs through one contact.  We pride ourselves on this personal approach and are dedicated to your complete satisfaction with our service.  On-site catering may be arranged during your event planning.  We are capable of accommodating groups, large or small.  We welcome meetings, weddings, anniversaries, family reunions, church retreats, fishing tournaments, school functions, companies, corporations, holiday parties, etc.  Whatever your plans, our group coordinator will be happy to assist. 

Christmas at The Moors is a time you won't want to miss. Plan your family gathering or employee party in our Great Room for some old fashioned holiday cheer. The Moors staff enjoys decorating for the coming of St. Nicholas with 10 foot Christmas trees, twinkling lights, greenery, trimmings and music to set the joyous mood.
